Hadith 131

It is narrated from Sayyiduna Ibn Abbas (may Allah be pleased with them both) that once Sayyiduna Umar (may Allah be pleased with him) leaned towards the Black Stone to kiss it, and said: "I know that you are a stone. If I had not seen my beloved Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) kissing or touching you, I would never have kissed you nor touched you." The command of Allah, the Exalted, is that in every moment of the life of Allah’s Messenger there is the best guidance for you.
