Hadith 12726

(حديث مرفوع) حَدَّثَنَا حَجَّاجٌ ، حَدَّثَنِي شُعْبَةُ ، عَنْ مَنْصُورٍ ، عَنْ رِبْعِيِّ بْنِ حِرَاشٍ ، عَنْ أَبِي الْأَبْيَضِ رَجُلٍ مِنْ بَنِي عَامِرٍ ، عَنْ أَنَسِ بْنِ مَالِكٍ قَالَ : كَانَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ " يُصَلِّي الْعَصْرَ وَالشَّمْسُ بَيْضَاءُ مُحَلِّقَةٌ " .
It is narrated from Hazrat Anas (may Allah be pleased with him) that the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) used to perform the Asr prayer when the sun was bright and in the shape of its circle.
