Hadith 12712

(حديث مرفوع) حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو كَامِلٍ ، حَدَّثَنَا حَمَّادٌ ، عَنْ ثَابِتٍ الْبُنَانِيِّ ، عَنْ أَنَسٍ ، قَالَ : كَانَ النَّبِيُّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ إِذَا أَوَى إِلَى فِرَاشِهِ ، قَالَ : " الْحَمْدُ لِلَّهِ الَّذِي أَطْعَمَنَا وَسَقَانَا ، وَكَفَانَا وَآوَانَا ، فَكَمْ مَنْ لَا كَافِيَ لَهُ وَلَا مُؤْوِيَ " .
It is narrated from Hazrat Anas (may Allah be pleased with him) that when the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) would come to his bed, he would say: "All praise is due to Allah who has fed us, given us drink, sufficed us, and provided us with shelter. How many are there who have no one to suffice them or provide them with shelter."
