Hadith 12707

(حديث مرفوع) حَدَّثَنَا ابْنُ نُمَيْرٍ ، حَدَّثَنَا مُحَمَّدٌ يَعْنِي ابْنَ أَبِي إِسْمَاعِيلَ ، عَنْ عُمَارَةَ بْنِ عَاصِمٍ ، قَالَ : دَخَلْتُ عَلَى أَنَسِ بْنِ مَالِكٍ بِالْكُوفَةِ ، فَسَأَلْتُهُ عَنِ النَّبِيذِ ، فَقَالَ : " نَهَى رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ عَنِ الدُّبَّاءِ وَالْمُزَفَّتِ " .
Ammar bin Asim, may Allah have mercy on him, says that once I was present in the service of Hazrat Anas, may Allah be pleased with him, in Kufa and asked him about Nabidh. He replied that the Prophet, peace and blessings be upon him, forbade (the use of) Dubba and Muzaffat.
