(حديث مرفوع) حَدَّثَنَا عَبْدُ الرَّزَّاقِ ، حَدَّثَنَا مَعْمَرٌ ، عَنْ قَتَادَةَ فِي قَوْلِهِ عَزَّ وَجَلَّ : وَظِلٍّ مَمْدُودٍ سورة الواقعة آية 30 ، عَنْ أَنَسِ بْنِ مَالِكٍ ، أَنّ النَّبِيَّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ قَالَ : " إِنَّ فِي الْجَنَّةِ شَجَرَةً يَسِيرُ الرَّاكِبُ فِي ظِلِّهَا مِائَةَ عَامٍ لَا يَقْطَعُهَا " ، قَالَ مَعْمَرٌ ، وَأَخْبَرَنِي مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ زِيَادٍ ، أَنَّهُ سَمِعَ أَبَا هُرَيْرَةَ ، يَقُولُهُ عَنِ النَّبِيِّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ ، وَيَقُولُ أَبُو هُرَيْرَةَ : وَاقْرَءُوا إِنْ شِئْتُمْ وَظِلٍّ مَمْدُودٍ سورة الواقعة آية 30 .
It is narrated from Hazrat Anas bin Malik (may Allah be pleased with him) that the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) said: In Paradise, there is a tree such that if a rider were to travel under its shade for a hundred years, he would still not reach the end of its shade.
