(حديث مرفوع) حَدَّثَنَا عَبْدُ الرَّزَّاقِ ، حَدَّثَنَا مَعْمَرٌ ، عَنْ أَيُّوبَ ، عَنْ أَبِي قِلَابَةَ ، عَنْ أَنَسِ بْنِ مَالِكٍ أَنَّ رَجُلًا مِنْ الْيَهُودِ قَتَلَ جَارِيَةً مِنَ الْأَنْصَارِ عَلَى حُلِيٍّ لَهَا ، ثُمَّ أَلْقَاهَا فِي قَلِيبٍ ، وَرَضَخَ رَأْسَهَا بِالْحِجَارَةِ ، فَأُخِذَ فَأُتِيَ بِهِ النَّبِيُّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ ، " فَأَمَرَ بِهِ أَنْ يُرْجَمَ حَتَّى يَمُوتَ ، فَرُجِمَ حَتَّى مَاتَ " .
It is narrated from Hazrat Anas bin Malik (may Allah be pleased with him) that a Jew killed an Ansari girl for the sake of the jewelry she was wearing. After killing her, he threw the girl into a well and crushed her head with stones. That Jew was caught and brought before the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him). The Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) ordered that he be stoned to death, so it was done as ordered and he died.
