Hadith 12646

(حديث مرفوع) حَدَّثَنَا عَبْدُ الرَّزَّاقِ ، حَدَّثَنَا مَعْمَرٌ ، عَنْ ثَابِتٍ الْبُنَانِيِّ ، عَنْ أَنَسٍ ، قَالَ : قَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ : " تَعَاهَدُوا هَذِهِ الصُّفُوفَ ، فَإِنِّي أَرَاكُمْ مِنْ خَلْفِي " .
It is narrated from Hazrat Anas (may Allah be pleased with him) that one day the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) said: Take care to straighten the rows, for I see you from behind me as well.
