Hadith 12617

(حديث مرفوع) حَدَّثَنَا سُلَيْمَانُ ، حَدَّثَنَا إِسْمَاعِيلُ ، قَالَ : أَخْبَرَنِي حُمَيْدٌ ، عَنْ أَنَسٍ قَالَ : آخِرُ صَلَاةٍ صَلَّاهَا رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ مَعَ الْقَوْمِ ، صَلَّى فِي ثَوْبٍ وَاحِدٍ مُتَوَشِّحًا بِهِ خَلْفَ أَبِي بَكْرٍ " .
It is narrated from Hazrat Anas (may Allah be pleased with him) that the last prayer which the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) performed with the people was while wrapped in a cloth, and he prayed behind Hazrat Siddiq Akbar (may Allah be pleased with him).
