Hadith 12599

(حديث مرفوع) حَدَّثَنَا خَلَفُ بْنُ الْوَلِيدِ ، حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو جَعْفَرٍ ، عَنِ حُميدٍ الطَّويل ، عَنْ أَنَسِ بْنِ مَالِكٍ قَالَ : " نَهَى رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ أَنْ يُنْبَذَ التَّمْرُ وَالزَّبِيبُ جَمِيعًا ، وَالتَّمْرُ وَالْبُسْرُ جَمِيعًا " .
It is narrated from Hazrat Anas (may Allah be pleased with him) that the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) forbade mixing dates and raisins, or unripe and ripe dates together (to make nabidh).
