(حديث مرفوع) حَدَّثَنَا
يُونُسُ ،
وَسُرَيْجٌ ، قَالَا : حَدَّثَنَا
فُلَيْحٌ ، عَنْ
هِلَالِ بْنِ عَلِيٍّ ، قَالَ : قَالَ
أَنَسُ بْنُ مَالِكٍ " لَمْ يَكُنْ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ سَبَّابًا ، وَلَا فَحَّاشًا ، وَلَا لَعَّانًا ، وَكَانَ يَقُولُ لِأَحَدِنَا عِنْدَ الْمَعْتَبَةِ مَا لَهُ ، تَرِبَتْ جَبِينُهُ " .
It is narrated from Hazrat Anas (may Allah be pleased with him) that the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) was not one who abused, cursed, or spoke indecently. Even at the time of reproach, he would only say: "What is the matter with him, may his forehead be dusted."
