Qatadah (may Allah have mercy on him) says: I asked Anas (may Allah be pleased with him) about the hair of the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him), so he replied: The hair of the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) was lightly curly, neither very curly nor very straight, and it would reach between his ears and his shoulders.
