Hadith 12308

Hamzah (may Allah have mercy on him) says that once Hazrat Anas (may Allah be pleased with him) said to him, "Shall I narrate to you a hadith from which Allah may benefit you?" And that is: Whenever the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) halted at a place, he would not depart from there before performing the Zuhr prayer. Muhammad bin Umar (may Allah be pleased with him) asked Hazrat Anas (may Allah be pleased with him), "O Abu Hamzah! Even if it was at midday?" He replied, "Yes! Even if it was at midday." Hamzah (may Allah have mercy on him) says that once, by the bank of the Nile River, I met Hazrat Anas (may Allah be pleased with him), and between me and him was Muhammad bin Amr. Then the narrator mentioned the complete hadith.
