(حديث مرفوع) حَدَّثَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ جَعْفَرٍ ، حَدَّثَنَا شُعْبَةُ ، عَنْ سَهْل أبي الْأَسَدِ ، قَالَ : حَدَّثَنِي بُكَيْرُ بْنُ وَهْبٍ الْجَزَرِيُّ ، قَالَ : قَالَ لِي أَنَسُ بْنُ مَالِكٍ : أُحَدِّثُكَ حَدِيثًا مَا أُحَدِّثُهُ كُلَّ أَحَدٍ ؟ إِنّ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ قَامَ عَلَى بَابِ الْبَيْتِ ، وَنَحْنُ فِيهِ ، فَقَالَ : " الْأَئِمَّةُ مِنْ قُرَيْشٍ إِنَّ لَهُمْ عَلَيْكُمْ حَقًّا ، وَلَكُمْ عَلَيْهِمْ حَقًّا مِثْلَ ذَلِكَ ، مَا إِنْ اسْتُرْحِمُوا فَرَحِمُوا ، وَإِنْ عَاهَدُوا وَفَوْا ، وَإِنْ حَكَمُوا عَدَلُوا ، فَمَنْ لَمْ يَفْعَلْ ذَلِكَ مِنْهُمْ ، فَعَلَيْهِ لَعْنَةُ اللَّهِ ، وَالْمَلَائِكَةِ ، وَالنَّاسِ أَجْمَعِينَ " .
Bukair bin Wahb, may Allah have mercy on him, says that once Hazrat Anas, may Allah be pleased with him, said to me: "I will narrate to you a hadith which I do not narrate to everyone, and it is this: Once the Prophet, peace and blessings be upon him, stood at the door of a house while we were inside it, and said: 'There will be leaders from among the Quraysh, and they will have rights over you, and you will have rights over them in the same way. When people ask them for mercy, they should show mercy; when they make a promise, they should fulfill it; when they judge, they should judge with justice. Whoever does not do so, upon him is the curse of Allah, the angels, and all people.'"
