It is narrated from Hazrat Anas (may Allah be pleased with him) that once Umm Sulaim (may Allah be pleased with her) came to the service of the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) and said, "O Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings be upon him)! Teach me some words through which I can supplicate?" The Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) said, "Say Subhan Allah ten times, Alhamdulillah ten times, and Allahu Akbar ten times, and then ask Allah for your need. Allah will say, 'I have fulfilled your need, I have fulfilled your need.'"
