It is narrated from Hazrat Anas (may Allah be pleased with him) that Hazrat Abu Talha (may Allah be pleased with him) asked the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him): If orphan children inherit wine, what is the ruling? He replied: Pour it away. He said: Can we not make it into vinegar? He replied: No.
