Hadith 12088

(حديث موقوف) قُرِئَ عَلَى قُرِئَ عَلَى سُفْيَانَ ، سَمِعْتُ عَاصِمًا ، قَالَ : سَمِعْتُ أَنَسًا ، يَقُولُ : " مَا وَجَدَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ مِثْلَ مَا وَجَدَ عَلَى السَّبْعِينَ الَّذِينَ أُصِيبُوا بِبِئْرِ مَعُونَةَ " .
It is narrated from Hazrat Anas bin Malik (may Allah be pleased with him) that the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) was not as grieved by any army as he was by the army of Bi’r Ma‘unah.
