مسنَدِ عَلِیِّ بنِ اَبِی طَالِب رَضِیَ اللَّه عَنهMusnad of Ali ibn Abi Talib (may Allah be pleased with him)
Hadith 1204
(حديث مرفوع) حَدَّثَنَا عَبْدُ الرَّزَّاقِ ، أَخْبَرَنَا مَعْمَرٌ ، عَنِ الزُّهْرِيِّ ، عَنِ الْحَسَنِ ، وَعَبْدِ اللَّهِ ابني محمد بن علي ، عَنْ أَبِيهِمَا مُحَمَّدِ بْنِ عَلِيٍّ ، أَنَّهُ سَمِعَ أَبَاهُ عَلِيَّ بْنَ أَبِي طَالِبٍ رَضِيَ اللَّهُ عَنْهُ ، قَالَ لِابْنِ عَبَّاسٍ ، وَبَلَغَهُ أَنَّهُ رَخَّصَ فِي مُتْعَةِ النِّسَاءِ ، فَقَالَ لَهُ عَلِيُّ بْنُ أَبِي طَالِبٍ رَضِيَ اللَّهُ عَنْهُ : إِنَّ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ قَدْ " نَهَى عَنْهَا يَوْمَ خَيْبَر ، وَعَنْ لُحُومِ الْحُمُرِ الْأَهْلِيَّةِ " .
Syedna Ali (may Allah be pleased with him) said to Syedna Ibn Abbas (may Allah be pleased with them both) that the Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) had prohibited Nikah Mut'ah and the meat of domesticated donkeys during the time of the Battle of Khaybar. Syedna Ali (may Allah be pleased with him) had come to know that Syedna Ibn Abbas (may Allah be pleased with them both) permitted Mut'ah with women.

(حديث مرفوع) حَدَّثَنَا عَبْد اللَّهِ ، حَدَّثَنِي أَبُو خَيْثَمَةَ ، حَدَّثَنَا عَبْدَةُ بْنُ سُلَيْمَانَ ، عَنْ سَعِيدٍ ، عَنْ قَتَادَةَ ، عَنْ جُرَيِّ بْنِ كُلَيْبٍ النَّهْدِيِّ ، عَنْ عَلِيٍّ رَضِيَ اللَّهُ عَنْهُ ، قَالَ : نَهَى رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ " أَنْ يُضَحَّى بِأَعْضَبِ الْقَرْنِ وَالْأُذُنِ " .
It is narrated from Sayyiduna Ali (may Allah be pleased with him) that the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) forbade sacrificing an animal whose horn or ear has been cut off.
