(حديث مرفوع) حَدَّثَنَا
يَعْقُوبُ ، قَالَ : حدثَنَا
أَبِي ، عَنْ
صَالِحٍ ، وَحَدَّثَ
ابْنُ شِهَابٍ ، عَنْ
عَامِرِ بْنِ سَعْدٍ أَخْبَرَهُ , أَنَّ
أَبَا سَعِيدٍ الْخُدْرِيّ قَالَ : " نَهَى رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ عَنْ الْمُلَامَسَةِ ، وَالْمُلَامَسَةُ : لَمْسُ الثَّوْبِ ، لَا يُنْظَرُ إِلَيْهِ ، وَعَنِ الْمُنَابَذَةِ , وَالْمُنَابَذَةُ طَرْحُ الرَّجُلِ ثَوْبَهُ إِلَى الرَّجُلِ قَبْلَ أَنْ يُقَلِّبَهُ " .
(Marfu‘ hadith) Ya‘qub narrated to us, he said: My father narrated to us, from Salih, and Ibn Shihab also narrated, from ‘Amir ibn Sa‘d, who informed him, that Abu Sa‘id al-Khudri said: "The Messenger of Allah, peace and blessings be upon him, forbade mulamasah, and mulamasah is touching the garment without looking at it, and he forbade munabadah, and munabadah is when a man throws his garment to another man before he examines it."
