(حديث مرفوع) حَدَّثَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ جَعْفَرٍ ، حَدَّثَنَا شُعْبَةُ ، قَالَ : سَمِعْتُ قَتَادَةَ يُحَدِّثُ , عَنْ سُلَيْمَانَ ، أَوْ أَبِي سُلَيْمَانَ . وَحَجَّاجٌ ، قَالَ : حَدَّثَنِي شُعْبَةُ ، وَقَالَ : رَجُلٌ مِنْ قُرَيْشٍ ، عَنْ أَبِي سَعِيدٍ الْخُدْرِيِّ ، عَنِ النَّبِيِّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ ، أَنَّهُ قَالَ : " سَيَكُونُ أُمَرَاءُ يَغْشَاهُمْ غَوَاشٍ ، أَوْ حَوَاشٍ ، مِنَ النَّاسِ ، يَظْلِمُونَ وَيَكْذِبُونَ ، فَمَنْ أَعَانَهُمْ عَلَى ظُلْمِهِمْ ، وَصَدَّقَهُمْ بِكَذِبِهِمْ ، فَلَيْسَ مِنِّي ، وَلَا أَنَا مِنْهُ ، وَمَنْ لَمْ يُصَدِّقْهُمْ بِكَذِبِهِمْ ، وَلَمْ يُعِنْهُمْ عَلَى ظُلْمِهِمْ ، فَأَنَا مِنْهُ ، وَهُوَ مِنِّي " .
It is narrated from Hazrat Abu Saeed Khudri (may Allah be pleased with him) that the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) said: Soon there will come rulers who will be surrounded by such courtiers who will commit oppression and tell lies. Whoever goes to them and confirms their lies and assists them in their oppression, then he has no connection with me and I have no connection with him. And whoever does not go to them so that he does not have to confirm their lies or assist them in their oppression, then he is from me and I am from him.
