(حديث مرفوع) حَدَّثَنَا رَوْحٌ ، حَدَّثَنَا ابْنُ جُرَيْجٍ ، أَخْبَرَنِي أَبُو الزُّبَيْرِ ، عَنْ أَبِي سَعِيدٍ ، أَنَّهُ سَمِعَ النَّبِيَّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ يَقُولُ : " سَيَخْرُجُ نَاسٌ مِنَ النَّارِ ، قَدْ احْتَرَقُوا وَكَانُوا مِثْلَ الْحُمَمِ ، ثُمَّ لَا يَزَالُ أَهْلُ الْجَنَّةِ يَرُشُّونَ عَلَيْهِمْ الْمَاءَ ، حَتَّى يَنْبُتُونَ نَبَاتَ الْغُثَاءِ فِي السَّيْلِ " .
It is narrated from Hazrat Abu Saeed Khudri (may Allah be pleased with him) that he heard the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) say: Soon a people will come out of Hell who will have been burnt and become like charcoal. The people of Paradise will keep pouring water over them continuously until they grow forth just as debris grows forth in the flow of a flood.
