(حديث مرفوع) حَدَّثَنَا مُوسَى بْنُ دَاوُدَ ، حَدَّثَنَا لَيْثٌ ، عَنْ عِمْرَانَ بْنِ أَبِي أَنَسٍ ، عَنْ سَعِيدِ بْنِ أَبِي سَعِيدٍ الْخَدْرِيُّ . وحَدَّثَنَاه قُتَيْبَةُ ، حَدَّثَنَا لَيْثٌ ، قَالَ : عِمْرَانُ بْنُ أَبِي أَنَسٍ ، عَنِ ابْنِ أَبِي سَعِيدٍ ، عَنْ أَبِي سَعِيدٍ الْخُدْرِيِّ ، قَالَ : تَمَارَى رَجُلَانِ فِي الْمَسْجِدِ الَّذِي أُسِّسَ عَلَى التَّقْوَى ، فَقَالَ أَحَدُهُمَا : هُوَ مَسْجِدُ قُبَاءٍ ، وَقَالَ الْآخَرُ : هُوَ مَسْجِدُ النَّبِيِّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ ، فَقَالَ النَّبِيُّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ : " هُوَ مَسْجِدِي هَذَا " .
It is narrated from Hazrat Abu Saeed (may Allah be pleased with him) that once there arose a difference of opinion between two men regarding the identification of the mosque which was founded on piety from the very first day. One man’s opinion was regarding Masjid Quba and the other man’s was regarding Masjid Nabawi. The Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) decided and said: “It refers to my mosque.”
