(حديث مرفوع) حَدَّثَنَا عَفَّانُ ، حَدَّثَنَا يَزِيدُ بْنُ زُرَيْعٍ ، حَدَّثَنَا سَعِيدُ بْنُ أَبِي عَرُوبَةَ ، فِي هَذِهِ الْآيَةِ وَنَزَعْنَا مَا فِي صُدُورِهِمْ مِنْ غِلٍّ سورة الأعراف آية 43 ، قَالَ : حدثَنَا قَتَادَةُ ، أَنَّ أَبَا الْمُتَوَكِّلِ النَّاجِيَّ حَدَّثَهُمْ ، أَنَّ أَبَا سَعِيدٍ الْخُدْرِيَّ حَدَّثَهُمْ ، قَالَ : قَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ : " يَخْلُصُ الْمُؤْمِنُونَ مِنَ النَّارِ ، فَيُحْبَسُونَ عَلَى قَنْطَرَةٍ بَيْنَ الْجَنَّةِ وَالنَّارِ ، فَيُقْتَصُّ لِبَعْضِهِمْ مِنْ بَعْضٍ مَظَالِمُ كَانَتْ بَيْنَهُمْ فِي الدُّنْيَا ، حَتَّى إِذَا هُذِّبُوا وَنُقُّوا أُذِنَ لَهُمْ فِي دُخُولِ الْجَنَّةِ " ، قَالَ : " فَوَالَّذِي نَفْسِي بِيَدِهِ ، لَأَحَدُهُمْ أَهْدَى لِمَنْزِلِهِ فِي الْجَنَّةِ مِنْهُ لِمَنْزِلِهِ كَانَ فِي الدُّنْيَا " ، قَالَ قَتَادَةُ : وَقَالَ بَعْضُهُمْ : مَا يُشْبِهُ لَهُمْ ، إِلَّا أَهْلُ جُمُعَةٍ حِينَ انْصَرَفُوا مِنْ جُمُعَتِهِمْ .
It is narrated from Hazrat Abu Saeed Khudri (may Allah be pleased with him) that the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) said: On the Day of Resurrection, when the Muslims will be saved from Hell, they will be stopped on a bridge between Paradise and Hell, and retribution will be taken from them for the wrongs and worldly dealings they had with each other. And when they are purified and cleansed, then they will be permitted to enter Paradise. By Him in Whose hand is my soul, each of them will know the way to his house in Paradise better than he knew the way to his house in the world.
