(حديث مرفوع) حَدَّثَنَا عَبْدُ الرَّزَّاقِ ، أَخْبَرَنَا سُفْيَانُ , عَنْ إِسْمَاعِيلَ بْنِ أُمَيَّةَ ، عَنْ مُحَمَّدِ بْنِ يَحْيَى بْنِ حَبَّانَ ، عَنْ يَحْيَى بْنِ عُمَارَةَ ، عَنْ أَبِي سَعِيدٍ الْخُدْرِيِّ ، قَالَ : قَالَ النَّبِيُّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ : " لَيْسَ فِي حَبٍّ وَلَا ثَمَرٍ صَدَقَةٌ ، حَتَّى يَبْلُغَ خَمْسَةَ أَوْسَاقٍ ، وَلَا فِيمَا دُونَ خَمْسِ ذَوْدٍ صَدَقَةٌ ، وَلَيْسَ فِيمَا دُونَ خَمْسِ أَوَاقٍ صَدَقَةٌ " .
It is narrated from Hazrat Abu Saeed Khudri (may Allah be pleased with him) that the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) said: There is no zakat on wheat or dates less than five wasq, no zakat on silver less than five uqiyah, and no zakat on camels less than five. It is narrated from Hazrat Abu Saeed Khudri (may Allah be pleased with him) that the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) said: Five wasq.
