(حديث مرفوع) حَدَّثَنَا عَبْدُ الرَّزَّاقِ ، أَخْبَرَنَا سُفْيَانُ ، عَنْ الْأَعْمَشِ ، عَنِ الْعَوْفِيِّ ، عَنْ أَبِي سَعِيدٍ الْخُدْرِيِّ ، أَنّ النَّبِيَّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ كَانَ يَقُولُ : " كَيْفَ أَنْعَمُ وَصَاحِبُ الصُّورِ قَدْ الْتَقَمَ الصُّورَ ، وَحَنَى جَبْهَتَهُ ، وَأَصْغَى سَمْعَهُ ، يَنْتَظِرُ مَتَى يُؤْمَرُ " .
It is narrated from Hazrat Abu Saeed Khudri (may Allah be pleased with him) that the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) said: How can I live a life of ease and comfort when the angel who is to blow the trumpet has placed the trumpet to his mouth, has lowered his forehead, has turned his ears attentively, and is waiting for when he will be commanded to blow the trumpet?
