Hadith 11673

(حديث مرفوع) حَدَّثَنَا حَسَنٌ ، قَالَ : سَمِعْتُ عَبْدَ اللَّهِ بْنَ لَهِيعَةَ ، قَالَ : حدثَنَا دَرَّاجٌ أَبُو السَّمْحِ ، أَنَّ أَبَا الْهَيْثَمِ حَدَّثَهُ ، عَنْ أَبِي سَعِيدٍ الْخُدْرِيِّ ، عَنْ رَسُولِ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ ، أَنَّ رَجُلًا قَالَ لَهُ : يَا رَسُولَ اللَّهِ ، طُوبَى لِمَنْ رَآكَ وَآمَنَ بِكَ ، قَالَ : " طُوبَى لِمَنْ رَآنِي وَآمَنَ بِي ، ثُمَّ طُوبَى ، ثُمَّ طُوبَى ، ثُمَّ طُوبَى لِمَنْ آمَنَ بِي وَلَمْ يَرَنِي " , قَالَ لَهُ رَجُلٌ : وَمَا طُوبَى ؟ قَالَ : " شَجَرَةٌ فِي الْجَنَّةِ مَسِيرَةُ مِئَةِ عَامٍ ، ثِيَابُ أَهْلِ الْجَنَّةِ تَخْرُجُ مِنْ أَكْمَامِهَا " .
It is narrated from Hazrat Abu Saeed Khudri (may Allah be pleased with him) that a man came to the service of the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) and said, "O Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings be upon him)! Those people are very fortunate who had the honor of seeing you and believed in you." The Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) said, "Indeed, glad tidings (Tuba) are for those who saw me and believed in me, and Tuba, then Tuba, then Tuba is for those who will believe in me without seeing me." That man asked, "What is meant by 'Tuba'?" He replied, "It is the name of a tree in Paradise whose distance is equal to a hundred years, and the clothes of the people of Paradise will come out from its lower part."
