(حديث مرفوع) حَدَّثَنَا سُرَيْجٌ ، حَدَّثَنَا حَمَّادٌ ، عَنْ حَمَّادٍ ، عَنْ إِبْرَاهِيمَ ، عَنْ أَبِي سَعِيدٍ الْخُدْرِيِّ ، أَنّ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ " نَهَى عَنِ اسْتِئْجَارِ الْأَجِيرِ حَتَّى يُبَيَّنَ أَجْرُهُ ، وَعَنِ النَّجْشِ ، وَاللَّمْسِ ، وَإِلْقَاءِ الْحَجَرِ " .
It is narrated from Hazrat Abu Saeed Khudri (may Allah be pleased with him) that the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) forbade employing anyone for wages until his wage was made clear, and he also forbade deception in trade, and selling with the condition of touching (the goods) or throwing a stone.
