(حديث مرفوع) حَدَّثَنَا يَزِيدُ ، أَخْبَرَنَا مُحَمَّدٌ ، وَمُحَمَّدُ بْنُ عُبَيْدٍ , قَالَ : حدثَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ إِسْحَاقَ ، عَنْ يَعْقُوبَ بْنِ عُتْبَةَ ، عَنْ سُلَيْمَانَ بْنِ يَسَارٍ ، عَنْ أَبِي سَعِيدٍ الْخُدْرِيِّ ، قَالَ : سَمِعْتُ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ " يَنْهَى عَنْ صِيَامِ يَوْمَيْنِ ، وَعَنْ صَلَاتَيْنِ ، وَعَنْ نِكَاحَيْنِ ، سَمِعْتُهُ يَنْهَى عَنِ الصَّلَاةِ بَعْدَ الصُّبْحِ حَتَّى تَطْلُعَ الشَّمْسُ ، وَبَعْدَ الْعَصْرِ حَتَّى تَغْرُبَ الشَّمْسُ ، وَعَنْ صِيَامِ يَوْمِ الْفِطْرِ وَالْأَضْحَى ، وَأَنْ يُجْمَعَ بَيْنَ الْمَرْأَةِ وَخَالَتِهَا ، وَبَيْنَ الْمَرْأَةِ وَعَمَّتِهَا " .
It is narrated from Hazrat Abu Saeed Khudri (may Allah be pleased with him) that I heard the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) forbidding two prayers and two types of marriages. I heard that he (peace and blessings be upon him) forbade performing prayer after the Fajr prayer until sunrise and after the Asr prayer until sunset, fasting on the days of Eid al-Fitr and Eid al-Adha, and combining a woman and her maternal aunt or a woman and her paternal aunt in marriage at the same time.
