(حديث مرفوع) حَدَّثَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ رَبِيعَةَ ، حَدَّثَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ الْحَسَنِ يَعْنِي ابْنَ عَطِيَّةَ الْعَوْفِيَّ ، عَنْ أَبِيهِ ، عَنْ جَدِّهِ ، عَنْ أَبِي سَعِيدٍ ، قَالَ : " لَعَنَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ النَّائِحَةَ وَالْمُسْتَمِعَةَ " .
It is narrated from Hazrat Abu Saeed Khudri (may Allah be pleased with him) that the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) cursed the woman who wails and the woman who listens to people's conversations secretly.
