(حديث مرفوع) حَدَّثَنَا هَارُونُ بْنُ مَعْرُوفٍ ، حَدَّثَنَا ابْنُ وَهْبٍ ، قَالَ حَيْوَةُ : حَدَّثَنِي ابْنُ الْهَادِ ، عَنْ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ بْنِ خَبَّابٍ ، عَنْ أَبِي سَعِيدٍ الْخُدْرِيِّ ، أَنَّهُ سَمِعَ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ يَقُولُ : " صَلَاةُ الْجَمَاعَةِ تَفْضُلُ صَلَاةَ الْفَذِّ بِخَمْسٍ وَعِشْرِينَ دَرَجَةً " .
It is narrated from Hazrat Abu Saeed Khudri (may Allah be pleased with him) that he heard the Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) say: Prayer in congregation is twenty-five degrees more virtuous than prayer alone.
