Hadith 11507

(حديث مرفوع) حَدَّثَنَا عَبْدُ الرَّزَّاقِ ، أَخْبَرَنَا دَاوُدُ بْنُ قَيْسٍ ، أَنَّهُ سَمِعَ عِيَاضَ بْنَ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ يُحَدِّثُ ، أَنَّهُ سَمِعَ أَبَا سَعِيدٍ الْخُدْرِيَّ يُحَدِّثُ ، أَنَّ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ كَانَ " يَخْرُجُ يَوْمَ الْفِطْرِ يُصَلِّي تَيْنِكَ الرَّكْعَتَيْنِ " .
It is narrated from Hazrat Abu Saeed Khudri (may Allah be pleased with him) that the Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) would leave his house (for the Eidgah) on the day of Eid al-Fitr and lead the people in two units of prayer.
