(حديث مرفوع) حَدَّثَنَا يَحْيَى ، قَالَ : حَدَّثَنَا ابْنُ أَبِي عَرُوبَةَ ، عَنْ قَتَادَةَ ، عَنِ الْحَسَنِ ، عَنْ أَبِي سَعِيدٍ ، قَالَ : قَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ فِي الْعَزْلِ : " أَنْتَ تَخْلُقُهُ ، أَنْتَ تَرْزُقُهُ ، أَقِرَّهُ قَرَارَهُ ، فَإِنَّمَا ذَلِكَ الْقَدَرُ " .
It is narrated from Hazrat Abu Saeed Khudri (may Allah be pleased with him) that the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him), while discussing "azl" (withdrawal), said: Will you create this newborn? Will you provide sustenance for it? Allah has placed it in its abode, so this is a part of destiny, and this is destiny.
