Hazrat Abu Saeed Khudri (may Allah be pleased with him) narrates that once we performed Hajj, and we stopped under a tree. Ibn Sayyad came and camped at one corner of it as well. I recited "Inna lillah" and thought, what calamity has befallen me now? Meanwhile, he started saying that people say various things about me and call me Dajjal. Did you not hear the Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) say that Dajjal will not be able to enter Makkah and Madinah, and he will have no offspring? I said, why not, I did hear that. He said, then I have children here and I have come out of Madinah and intend to go to Makkah. My heart softened towards him, but in the end, he said, despite this, I know where he is now. Hearing this, I said to him, wretch! You are ruined.
