Hadith 11282

(حديث مرفوع) حَدَّثَنَا وَكِيعٌ ، عَنْ إِسْمَاعِيلَ بْنِ رَافِعٍ ، عَنْ مُحَمَّدِ بْنِ يَحْيَى ، عَنْ عَمِّهِ وَاسِعِ بْنِ حَبَّانَ ، عَنْ أَبِي سَعِيدٍ الْخُدْرِيِّ ، عَنِ النَّبِيِّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ قَالَ : " الرَّجُلُ أَحَقُّ بِصَدْرِ دَابَّتِهِ ، وَأَحَقُّ بِمَجْلِسِهِ إِذَا رَجَعَ " .
It is narrated from Hazrat Abu Saeed Khudri (may Allah be pleased with him) that the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) said: A man has more right to sit in the front of his own mount, and when he leaves a gathering and returns, he has more right to his own seat.
