(حديث مرفوع) حَدَّثَنَا وَكِيعٌ ، حَدَّثَنَا فُضَيْلُ بْنُ مَرْزُوقٍ ، عَنْ عَطِيَّةَ الْعَوْفِيِّ ، عَنْ أَبِي سَعِيدٍ الْخُدْرِيِّ ، قَالَ : قَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ : " لِعَلِيٍّ أَنْتَ مِنِّي بِمَنْزِلَةِ هَارُونَ مِنْ مُوسَى إِلَّا أَنَّهُ لَا نَبِيَّ بَعْدِي " .
It is narrated from Hazrat Abu Saeed Khudri (may Allah be pleased with him) that the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) said to Hazrat Ali (may Allah be pleased with him): "Your relation to me is like that of Hazrat Haroon (peace be upon him) to Hazrat Musa (peace be upon him), except that there will be no prophet after me."
