Hadith 11253

(حديث مرفوع) حَدَّثَنَا حَمَّادُ بْنُ خَالِدٍ ، حَدَّثَنَا عَبْدُ اللَّهِ يَعْنِي الْعُمَرِيَّ ، عَنِ الْعَلَاءِ بْنِ عَبْدِ الرَّحْمَنِ ، عَنْ أَبِيهِ ، عَنْ أَبِي سَعِيدٍ ، قَالَ : قَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ : " لَيْسَ فِيمَا دُونَ خَمْسِ ذَوْدٍ صَدَقَةٌ ، وَلَيْسَ فِيمَا دُونَ خَمْسِ أَوَاقٍ صَدَقَةٌ ، وَلَا فِيمَا دُونَ خَمْسَةِ أَوْسُقٍ صَدَقَةٌ " .
It is narrated from Hazrat Abu Saeed (may Allah be pleased with him) that the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) said: There is no zakat on less than five camels, no zakat on less than five uqiyah of silver, and no zakat on less than five wasq of wheat.
