Hadith 10901

It is narrated from Hazrat Abu Huraira (may Allah be pleased with him) that the Noble Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) said: As long as a person waits for prayer, he is counted as being in prayer, and the angels continue to pray for his forgiveness as long as he remains seated at his place of prayer, and they keep saying: O Allah, forgive him, O Allah, have mercy on him, as long as he does not lose his ablution. The narrator asked about the meaning of losing ablution, so he replied: Passing wind, whether softly or loudly.
