It is narrated from Hazrat Abu Huraira (may Allah be pleased with him) that the Noble Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) said: Allah the Exalted has one hundred mercies, of which He has sent down only one mercy upon all the inhabitants of the earth, and the remaining ninety-nine mercies Allah has reserved for His friends. Then Allah will take back that one mercy and combine it with the ninety-nine mercies, and on the Day of Resurrection, He will bestow all one hundred mercies upon His friends.
