Hadith 10787

It is narrated from Hazrat Abu Huraira (may Allah be pleased with him) that there was a dispute between two men regarding an animal, but neither of them had any witnesses to prove their ownership. So the Noble Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) ordered them to draw lots for the oath (whoever's name was drawn would take the oath).
