It is narrated from Hazrat Abu Huraira (may Allah be pleased with him) that the Noble Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) said: There is no day on which the sun rises or sets better than Friday. People began to differ regarding it, but Allah guided us in this matter, so now people follow us concerning this day. Saturday is for the Jews and Sunday is for the Christians. And on Friday there is a moment in which, if a Muslim servant happens to be standing in prayer and asking Allah for goodness, Allah will surely grant him that thing.
