It is narrated from Hazrat Abu Huraira (may Allah be pleased with him) that the Holy Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) said: "I am amazed at two men, one of whom killed the other, yet both of them enter Paradise." The people asked, "O Messenger of Allah, how is that?" The Holy Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) said: "One man was martyred and entered Paradise. Then Allah turned towards the other, guided him to Islam, and he also fought in the way of Allah and was martyred."
