Hadith 10631

حَدَّثَنَا رَوْحٌ , حَدَّثَنَا حَمَّادٌ , عَنْ ثَابِتٍ , عَنْ أَبِي رَافِعٍ , عَنْ أَبِي هُرَيْرَةَ , عَنِ النَّبِيِّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ قَالَ : " لِلصَّائِمِ فَرْحَتَانِ : فَرْحَةٌ عِنْدَ إِفْطَارِهِ , وَفَرْحَةٌ حِينَ يَلْقَى رَبَّهُ عَزَّ وَجَلَّ " .
It is narrated from Hazrat Abu Huraira (may Allah be pleased with him) that the Holy Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) said: The fasting person has two occasions of joy and happiness; when he breaks his fast, he is happy, and there will be another happiness in the Hereafter when he meets Allah.
