Hadith 10517

حَدَّثَنَا يَزِيدُ , أَخْبَرَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ عَمْرٍو , عَنْ أَبِي سَلَمَةَ , عَنْ أَبِي هُرَيْرَةَ , قََالَ : قَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ : " نُصِرْتُ بِالرُّعْبِ , وَأُوتِيتُ جَوَامِعَ الْكَلِمِ ، وَجُعِلَتْ لِي الْأَرْضُ مَسْجِدًا وَطَهُورًا ، وَبَيْنَا أَنَا نَائِمٌ أُوتِيتُ بِمَفَاتِيحِ خَزَائِنِ الْأَرْضِ فُتِلَتْ فِي يَدِي " .
It is narrated from Hazrat Abu Huraira (may Allah be pleased with him) that the Noble Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) said: I have been given comprehensive words, and I have been helped through awe. The entire earth has been made a mosque and a means of purification for me, and once, while I was sleeping, the keys to all the treasures of the earth were brought to me and placed in my hand.
