حَدَّثَنَا
أَبُو مُعَاوِيَةَ ، قََالَ : حَدَّثَنَا
الْأَعْمَشُ ، عَنْ
أَبِي يَحْيَى مَوْلَى جَعْدَةَ بْنِ هُبَيْرَةَ ، عَنْ
أَبِي هُرَيْرَةَ , قََالَ : " مَا رَأَيْتُ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ
عَابَ طَعَامًا قَطُّ ، كَانَ إِذَا اشْتَهَاهُ أَكَلَهُ ، وَإِذَا لَمْ يَشْتَهِهِ سَكَتَ " .
It is narrated from Hazrat Abu Huraira (may Allah be pleased with him) that the Noble Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) never found fault with any food; if he desired it, he would eat it, and if he did not desire it, he would remain silent.
