Hadith 10325

Khalid bin Ghalaq (may Allah have mercy on him) says that once I stayed with Hazrat Abu Huraira (may Allah be pleased with him). One of my sons had passed away, and I was very grieved. I asked him, "Have you heard any hadith from your beloved (peace and blessings be upon him) that would bring us comfort regarding our deceased?" He said, "Yes, I heard the Noble Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) say that the young children of people (who die in childhood) are the pillars of Paradise."
