Hadith 10262

حَدَّثَنَا سُرَيْجٌ ، قََالَ : حَدَّثَنَا فُلَيْحٌ ، عَنْ مُحَمَّدِ بْنِ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ بْنِ حُصَيْنٍ الْأَسْلَمِيِّ , عَنْ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ بْنِ صَبِيحَةَ ، عَنْ أَبِي هُرَيْرَةَ , أَنّ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ قَالَ : " خَيْرُ الصَّدَقَةِ الْمَنِيحَةُ تَغْدُو بِأَجْرٍ ، وَتَرُوحُ بِأَجْرٍ ، مَنِيحَةُ النَّاقَةِ كَعِتَاقَةِ الْأَحْمَرِ ، وَمَنِيحَةُ الشَّاةِ كَعِتَاقَةِ الْأَسْوَدِ " .
It is narrated from Hazrat Abu Huraira (may Allah be pleased with him) that the Noble Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) said: The best charity is a milking goat which becomes a source of reward morning and evening. The charity of a milking she-camel is like freeing a person of fair complexion, and the charity of a milking goat is like freeing a black person.
