Hadith 10260

حَدَّثَنَا سُرَيْجُ بْنُ النُّعْمَانِ ، قََالَ : حَدَّثَنَا فُلَيْحٌ ، عَنْ هِلَالِ بْنِ عَلِيٍّ ، عَنْ عَبْدِ الرَّحْمَنِ بْنِ أَبِي عَمْرَةَ ، عَنْ أَبِي هُرَيْرَةَ , قََالَ : قََالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ : " لَقَابُ قَوْسٍ ، أَوْ سَوْطٍ فِي الْجَنَّةِ ، خَيْرٌ مِمَّا تَطْلُعُ عَلَيْهِ الشَّمْسُ وَتَغْرُبُ " .
It is narrated from the same chain that the Noble Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) said: The place in Paradise for any of you to keep his bow or whip will be better than all those things upon which the sun rises and sets.
