Hadith 10250

حَدَّثَنَا وَكِيعٌ ، عَنْ حَمَّادٍ ، عَنْ مُحَمَّدٍ ، عَنْ أَبِي هُرَيْرَةَ , قََالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ : " الْعَجْمَاءُ جُبَارٌ ، وَالْبِئْرُ جُبَارٌ ، وَالْمَعْدِنُ جُبَارٌ ، وَفِي الرِّكَازِ الْخُمُسُ " .
It is narrated with the previous chain that I heard the Messenger of Allah, peace and blessings be upon him, say: The blood of one who is killed by an animal is wasted; the blood of one who dies by falling into a well is wasted; the blood of one who dies in a mine is also wasted; and for buried treasure that someone finds, one-fifth (khums) is obligatory.
