Hadith 10236

حَدَّثَنَا وَكِيعٌ ، قََالَ : حَدَّثَنَا عَلِيُّ بْنُ الْمُبَارَكِ ، عَنْ يَحْيَى بْنِ أَبِي كَثِيرٍ ، عَنْ أَبِي كَثِيرٍ الْغُبَرِيِّ ، عَنْ أَبِي هُرَيْرَةَ , قََالَ : قََالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ : " إِذَا بَاعَ أَحَدُكُمْ الشَّاةَ أَوْ اللِّقْحَةَ ، فَلَا يُحَفِّلْهَا " .
It is narrated from Hazrat Abu Huraira (may Allah be pleased with him) that the Noble Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) said: When any one of you wants to sell his goat or she-camel, he should not tie up its udder.
