Hadith 10052

حَدَّثَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ جَعْفَرٍ ، قََالَ : حَدَّثَنَا شُعْبَةُ . وَحَجَّاجٌ , قََالَ : حَدَّثَنِي شُعْبَةُ ، عَنْ قَتَادَةَ ، قََالَ : سَمِعْتُ النَّضْرَ بْنَ أَنَسٍ يُحَدِّثُ ، عَنْ بَشِيرِ بْنِ نَهِيكٍ ، عَنِ أَبِي هُرَيْرَةَ , عَنِ النَّبِيِّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ أَنَّه " نَهَى عَنْ خَاتَمِ الذَّهَبِ " .
It is narrated from Hazrat Abu Huraira (may Allah be pleased with him) that the Noble Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) forbade (men from) wearing gold rings.
