حَدَّثَنَا
عَبْدُ الرَّحْمَنِ ، قََالَ : حَدَّثَنَا
حَمَّادٌ ، عَنْ
مُحَمَّدِ بْنِ زِيَاد ، قََالَ : سَمِعْتُ
أَبَا هُرَيْرَةَ ، سَمِعْتُ أَبَا الْقَاسِمِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ يَقُول :
" دَخَلَتْ امْرَأَةٌ النَّارَ فِي هِرٍّ أَوْ هِرَّةٍ ، رَبَطَتْهَا فَلَمْ تُطْعِمْهَا ، وَلَمْ تَسْقِهَا ، وَلَمْ تُرْسِلْهَا تَأْكُلُ مِنْ خَشَاشِ الْأَرْضِ " .
It is narrated with the previous chain that I heard Abul Qasim (peace be upon him) say: A woman entered Hell because of a cat which she had tied up; she neither fed it nor gave it water, nor did she let it go free so that it could eat the insects of the earth on its own.
